I’m an Occupational Therapist, Certified Hand Therapist, and the founder of Baytide Health. I specialize in upper extremity care, helping people move better, recover from injury, and get back to the things they love.

I created Baytide Health to provide a more personalized approach to therapy—and I’ve brought that same philosophy to social media. I share practical, evidence-based tips on pain, injury recovery, movement, and everyday wellness to help you better understand your body and take control of your health.
