Where to begin?! I have been suffering from thoracic outlet syndrome for 15+ years. After a phone consultation, Allie came to my home for an assessment and for the first time I finally felt that I was being HEARD & someone understood exactly what I was living with and it literally brought me to tears. She asked questions about symptoms that I never even thought could be related to my TOS. I saw "the best" ortho in CT, countless physical therapists, and battled constantly with my insurance company to get care approved. Allie finally just GOT IT and immediately came to the table with a treatment plan that worked within my schedule.

Allie developed a challenging but attainable program where I was never pushed too far. She was accessible in between appointments for questions and would check in on my symptoms as well. Fast forward a mere TEN weeks (after 15+ years or chronic pain and sleepless nights!) and I have made so much progress. I no longer wake up every few hours at night and I'm able to walk my dog while holding a coffee cup (simple wins seriously can change your life!). During the program, I also added in personal training to complement our PT sessions as I knew I was in safe atmosphere with her overlooking my form. My husband later joined and we do training sessions together now with Allie!
