We get it, life can be so busy it can be hard to find time to properly fuel your body and eat all the good things instead of all the packaged and proceed stuff.


BUT, what you put into your body effects just about everything- pain, healing, muscle soreness, energy, weight, mood, attention, brain power. Everything will change for the better when you start eating unprocessed food and get enough nutrients!


These are my go to snack when I need a little mid day energy boost. I eat them right out the freezer as I'm running out the door. They are pre portioned and ready to go. They give me enough power to get through the next few hours without spoiling my next meal. These are also great to pack in your child's lunch or as a pre-sport snack!




Pro tip: I always double the recipe and throw them in the freezer- they store so well for weeks!
