Join our fitness program for an efficient and effective full body workout program designed by OT's and PT's to help you gain strength and mobility. Have your workout planned for you 3 days per week, all of which can be completed from home (in 20 minutes!) with minimal equipment. Watch video demos of each exercise and check things off as you go to be held accountable. Send your coach messages or questions all within the program. This is our general program designed for individuals of light to moderate fitness levels.
Baytide Coaching
Have your fitness plan customized for your by a physical therapist. Get a personalized plan to recover from injury, reach your goals and get stronger. Watch video demos of each exercise and message your coach all within program. Get all the benefits of working with a PT without stepping in a clinic. Start with a video call with your coach to get to know each other and talk about your body and goals and get a full range of motion and strength assessment before we build a program exclusively for you. This is our fully customized program for individuals needing specific considerations or wanting an all inclusive program designed exclusively for them.
Access your workout plan through our app which will be loaded with planned workouts 2-3 days per week. Each exercise has video demonstration to ensure proper completion. All programs can be completed from home with the equipment listed below.

Our programs suggest the following equipment:
- 1 set of Medium Dumbbells (approx 5-10 lbs)
- 1 set of Heavy Dumbbells (approx 12-20lbs)
- 1 set of Loop Resistance Bands
- 1 set of Tube Resistance Bands
- Foam Roller
