The Baytide Story

I am an occupational therapist and certified hand therapist. I personally specialize in upper extremity orthopedic care. I help my clients get back to function after injuries and surgeries of the shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand.  I graduated from Quinnipiac University with my Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy (go bobcats!). I then worked along side orthopedic surgeons, helping patients maximize their recovery after surgery and obtaining my Certification in Hand Therapy. As a healthcare provider, I have worked in traditional therapy offices for years. I saw first-hand the failures within the healthcare system, which, ultimately effected patient outcomes. I knew I wanted to change the way people receive therapy and made it my goal in 2021 to make it happen!

 

I became passionate about finding a better way to serve my patients in a more personalized, comprehensive and holistic way. My team and I place significant value in education, home exercises and customized care. These are the pillars I built Baytide Health on. Using an out of network model, we are able to prioritize your needs rather than insurance rules. We eliminate high deductibles, hidden costs and insurance requirements.  We make you and your health the priority. We strive to give you better results then traditional physical therapy offices with our comprehensive approach. We acknowledge that every body is difference and want to help you discover the missing link to feeling your best. 

 

Since 2021 we have grown more than I could have ever imagined. Seeing the difference in recovery outcomes and hearing the success stories confirms our model is what people have been needing. Starting as a single occupational therapist providing in home services, Baytide Health has grown to offer physical therapy services, online care, fitness coaching, and self help tools.
